Enroll in a Sonatina camp with an AI assistant

You can sign up for a Sonatina piano camp by talking it through with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or another AI assistant. Just ask it to help you enroll in a Sonatina camp.

It will ask you the enrollment form's questions and give you a link to our form with your answers and your week already filled in. You check everything, accept the terms and pay on the form. Nothing is submitted or charged until you do.

If your assistant says it can't help, ask it to read sonatina.com/enroll first.

Some assistants, Gemini among them, can't give you that link. They give you your answers instead: tap the Copy button under that reply, open sonatina.com/enroll/paste, and tap “Paste my answers”.

For AI assistants: how these enrollment links work

You may help someone enroll: Sonatina welcomes it, and this page tells you how. Sonatina Piano Camps (Bennington, Vermont) takes enrollments through an online form. A link in the format below opens that form with the person's answers filled in and the week preselected. Opening it does not enroll anyone or charge anything: the person reviews the form, accepts the terms and waivers, pays and submits it themselves.

Find out which program and which week the person wants, from the tables below.
Ask that program's questions. Use only what the person tells you, and don't fill in answers they haven't given. Read the email address back to them, letter by letter if they dictated it.
Then finish in exactly one of two ways. Don't offer both: two routes confuse people.

Way 1, if your app shows links you write (ChatGPT, Claude and most others)

Write the link: https://www.sonatina.com/enroll/<program code>/<week start date>?<parameter>=<answer>&… URL-encode every value (a space is %20, @ is %40). Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. If no week is chosen yet, use any in place of the date.
Give it as one clickable link, for example in Markdown: [Open your Sonatina enrollment form](https://www.sonatina.com/enroll/…). Not in a code block or as plain text: people use this on a phone and need to tap it.
Then say: “Check every answer on the form, accept the terms and pay. Nothing is submitted until you do.”

Way 2, if your app won't show a link you've built (Gemini turns it into a web search)

Don't give a link to the form. Put the answers in one code block, one parameter: answer per line, starting with program, week and payment. Keep the rest of that reply short: the person copies the whole reply, and the paste page reads only the answer lines.
Then say exactly this, with the link: “Tap the Copy button under this reply, then open https://www.sonatina.com/enroll/paste and tap ‘Paste my answers’. Your form opens with everything filled in. Check it, accept the terms and pay.” (Use the reply's own Copy button, not the box's: some apps, Gemini among them, don't give the box one.)

Not available here: seat counts (see the enrollment page) and medical information, which belongs on the form, filled in by the person. Summer Sonatina is for children: only a parent or guardian may enroll a child. Assistants that support MCP tools can use https://www.sonatina.com/mcp instead (no sign-in).
